The MC02 is powered by Apostrophy (Based on AOSP 13).

Apostrophy OS currently supports the following languages:
– English

– Spanish
(Further languages are available on device, but are not specific to Apostrophy OS)

Yes, The MC02 has a Dual nano-SIM:
*Hybrid SIM tray:

  • 1 SIM card Slot;
  • 1 hybrid slot: SIM card or a MicroSD card.

Yes, it supports Wireless charging, 18W.

The MC02 has an internal storage of 128 GB.

Yes, the MC02 has a 1 hybrid slot for a SIM card or a MicroSD card.

Yes, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack. The headphone is not provided.

The MC02 has a capacity of 5500 mAH and a battery life of + 24 hours. Please note that battery life varies due to the conditions of usage and signal conditions.

The time to fully charge the battery depends on several factors including the type of cable, the charger, the charging techonology and efficiency, the charging speed supported, the charger's output power, the battey capacity, the software optimizations and if the phone is off/on while charging. 

The MC02 supports up to 18Watt quick charge but will limit the current to protect the life of the battery. 

Note that the charging rate will drop considerably (about 250mA) when the battery level gets to around 80% and 90%.

To reduce e-waste, no main charger is included, only the charging cable. 

The Browser installed is Vanadium. It offers a secure and customizable browsing experience.

Go to Settings, scroll down and tap on About phone, scroll down to find the IMEI.

Go to Settings, then Network & internet, then Mobile network, tap on Advanced, finally tap on Preferred network type to choose your Preferred network type (5G, 4G, 3G).

There are two methods available: The first involves tapping on the icon positioned at the bottom right corner of the screen, which prompts the screenshot function to appear. Alternatively, you can simultaneously press the volume down and power keys, on the right side of the device.

The Aphy messaging (SMS) app doesn't support group messaging, resulting in messages being sent as separate threads. To rectify this, kindly follow these steps:

  • Configuration through Aphy Messaging  (SMS) App:
    • Tap the three dots located in the upper right-hand corner of the app.
    • Navigate to Settings.
    • Tap on Multimedia Message (MMS).
    • Enable the Group Messaging option.

Note: Activating this feature might lead to additional charges. It's advisable to verify your SIM plan with your carrier or network provider beforehand.

  • Alternative Secure Messaging Apps:

You could opt for secure messaging apps such as Signal or Telegram for group messaging functionality. These apps offer robust group chat features along with enhanced security measures for communication.

Go to Settings, then Accessibility. All accessibility features are available there.

The home space is where users access Apostrophy's suite of tools in a secure environment, ensuring safety and privacy for all activities and data. The app space allows users to install and run any Android app in a sandboxed environment, which isolates each app to prevent unauthorised access to system resources or personal data, maintaining overall device security.
