The serial number can be found on the rear of the product on the back cover, or on the external sleeve of the original packaging.

Wipe the AC01 with a damp cloth (do not use solvents or detergents), or an antistatic cloth. 
In case of contact with liquids:

  1. Immediately remove the back cover.
  2. Open the three battery compartments.
  3. Lift out the batteries.
  4. Remove excess liquid with a cloth.
  5. Leave the AC 01 face up in a warm and dry place for at least 72 hours (not in a microwave, oven or other electrical appliance).
  6. Do not reinsert batteries until the clock is completely dry.
  7. Liquids entering the product may cause oxidation damage.

Please note: Liquid damage is not covered by warranty.

  1. Remove the back cover of the AC01 by pressing the button below the arrow, on the lower part of the alarm clock.
  2. Open the battery compartments using a coin to turn the cap, lift out the old battery/batteries and remove.

Replace with new IEC LR44 batteries and close.

Type: IEC LR44

Ensure that the battery plus sign is facing upwards .
The AC01 has three batteries: one for the clock and alarm and two for the light. The batteries work for separate functions and therefore may not need replacing at the same time.

  1. Check plastic battery tabs have been removed.
  2. Ensure that the battery plus sign is facing upwards.
  3. Ensure battery compartment covers are correctly closed.
  4. Check if the AC01 is ticking.

Replace clock batteries (battery compartment showing the clock icon).
Use battery type: IEC LR44.
