Digital Balance Challenge Summer 2024

The Digital Balance Challenge 2024 invited participants to explore a healthier relationship with technology by either leaving their smartphones behind or using the Punkt. MP02 as a companion to achieve better digital balance. The challenge focused on minimizing distractions and enhancing real-life connections during the summer holidays.Each month, we will publish a report showcasing the experiences of participants. These reports will provide insights into their journey toward achieving digital balance and how it impacted their daily lives. Stay tuned for inspiring stories of how less tech led to more meaningful connections and moments.
